Exaile and Rhythmbox Packages Added for Slackware 13.0

Still looking for a GTK+ music manager application to suit my needs I have now built packages for Exaile and Rhythmbox. Both look very promising. I haven’t done extensive testing with either one yet but I can’t see a reason not to try them both out. Each one imported my collection of Ogg Vorbis music in much less time than Amarok did under KDE4. Exaile is closer to an Amarok clone while Rhythmbox is more of an iTunes close. So which one people will like better probably depends on which of those two “other” interfaces they like.

If you haven’t done so already, check them both out. Each of these requires the newer, upgraded versions of GTK+2 and GLib2 that I have built.

exaile-0.3.1.1
rhythmbox-0.12.8

I forgot to mention that Rhythmbox requires gnome-media. A package for that has also been supplied:

    gnome-media-2.30.0
