Slackbuild Subversion Repository Now Open

Something I’ve thought of doing for a while, but never got around to, was making the Slackbuild scripts for my packages available for download. They’ve always been available with the downloaded binary packages, but that is a pain for people who don’t need the binary or don’t want to waste the time to download all that to get to a simple text file.

A new Subversion repository is now online where all of the build scripts may be downloaded. The repository may be viewed via Redmine at the following URL:

The entire repository (scripts for all of my packages) may be checked out as follows:

svn co

A single package, for example Wine, can be checked out this way:

svn co

Thanks go out to Steven McIntosh for nudging me towards finally getting this done. Now people who run Slackware64, or want to build the packages with different versions, options, etc., can do so more easily.

Please let me know if there are any difficulties in using this new SVN repo. Eventually I’ll get around to updating to include links for each package’s build script.

Thank you very much, I have downloaded the files that I require and will build them tomorrow, it is a bit late at the moment.
